Independent G+4 residence designed in a mix of contemporary and classical architecture. An outer enclosure around a box, with large openings on the north façade focuses the house inwards. The straight lines of the elevation give the house a look of minimalist luxury. Semi covered open spaces are to enjoy the exterior and interior interface. Wood textured cladding, classical railing and the stark white colour are notable features. The double height volumes of the foyer and dining spaces aid a continuous spatial perception of the interior. The large windows on the north open to a view of the park. Clean line details, a restrained palette of materials and an open floor plan work towards a stark minimal identity.
